YOUR AGREEMENT
You agree to pay by the due date or we are entitled to charge you the penalty interest rate which has been set at 10% since 01 February 2017. Pursuant to S2 Penalty Interest Rate Act 1983, the Attorney-General fixes the penalty interest rate.
If you continue to fail to pay, we reserve the right to place a caveat on the title of any property you own, until the invoice is paid in full. The action of placing a caveat will be taken at any time that we feel that it is an appropriate course of action based on communication, or lack of communication from you.
REFERRAL FEES OR DONATION OFFERS
Referral Fees offered are conditional upon:
The clients you refer paying their full fee, on time.
If we are making a donation to your favourite charity, it will also be on the condition of you paying your fees in full and on time.
