Compared to last week’s results:
The total number of auctions held this week (week ending 21st May 2023) jumped as compared to last week (week ending 7th May 2023), with a difference of at least 100 scheduled auctions. Despite the overall boost in numbers, auction results showed similar results as last week, with this week’s clearance rate sitting just under 75%. In simple terms, 3 out of 4 properties going for auction this week was successfully sold either prior, on, or after the auction date.
