Compared to last week’s preliminary results:
The total number of auctions this week (week ending 23rd July 2023) is greater than last week’s (week ending 16th July 2023), but in terms of performance based on the preliminary data obtained from CoreLogic (as of 25th July 2023), this week’s clearance rate is only at 68%. This is quite low compared to previous preliminary data snapshots. While full results are not yet available (with 133 unknown results), the preliminary data snapshots gives a good indication of the overall auction performance for the week.
