Compared to last week’s results:
This week’s (week ending 2nd April 2023) total number of auctions is greater as compared to last week’s (week ending 26th March 2023). With Easter Break long weekend coming up, this growing trend in total number of auctions is expected to decrease. Despite the increase in total number of auctions, this week’s overall clearance rate is slightly worst – at 71.2% – as a result of more uncleared auctions.
