Compared to last week’s preliminary results:
Total number of auctions held this week (week ending 2nd July 2023) has fallen by approximately 200 as compared to last week (week ending 25th June 2023). We expect auction numbers to continue to remain low due to school holidays. From the preliminary data obtained from CoreLogic, this week’s clearance rate sits at the 70% mark, indicating similar performance level despite the drop in total number of auctions.
