- Withdrawn: 33
Overall (from known results):
- Cleared auctions: 482
- Uncleared auctions: 154
- Clearance rate: 75.8%
Compared to last week’s results:
Now that we have hit winter, there has been a clear drop in the total number of auctions for this week (week ending 4th June 2023) as compared to last week (week ending 28th May 2023). Despite this, from the preliminary data obtained from CoreLogic, clearance rate is still going strong around the 75% mark.
