A big decrease in auction numbers this week (week ending 5th November 2023) due to Melbourne Cup long weekend. The total number of auctions this week is just slightly over 450. In terms of auction performance, this week’s results is worst off compared to last week’s (week ending 29th October 2023). The clearance rate for this week is 57.7%.
