Compared to last week’s results:
Due to the long weekend last week, we saw a noticeable drop in number of auctions. The total number of auctions for this week (week ending 18th June 2023) has returned to normal levels as compared to last week (week ending 11th June 2023). From the preliminary data obtained from CoreLogic, clearance rate sits around the 73% mark.
