Compared to last week’s results:
After entering the winter season, we see a continuous drop in the total number of auctions for this week (week ending 11th June 2023) as compared to last week (week ending 4th June 2023). Only 315 auctions were held this week, which is less than half the number compared to last week, mainly due to the long weekend. From the preliminary data obtained from CoreLogic, clearance rate has declined a bit, sitting around the 73% mark.
