Compared to last week’s preliminary results:
There has been a big jump in the total number of auctions this week (week ending 27th August 2023) compared to last week’s (week ending 20th August 2023). As we enter the spring season, we are expecting a high number of properties going for auction. In terms of performance, the clearance rate for this week currently sits at 64.7% – which is relatively similar to last week’s results.
