Total number of auctions this week (week ending 3rd September 2023) is still high, similar to last week’s (week ending 27th August 2023). Now that we are in the spring season, we expect this trend to continue. In terms of performance, the clearance rate for this week currently sits at 63.8% – which is relatively similar to last week’s results.
